Shirvan National Olympic Complex

Opened in July 2013 by the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, the complex is located on a 4.5 hectare site in the town of Shirvan. Baku, the capital and commercial hub of Azerbaijan, is approximately 130 km from the complex.
The complex has an auditorium and offices. The extensive facilities include a 980-seat gym for football, volleyball and basketball competitions, as well as a full-sized olympic standard swimming pool.
It also has a 1020-seat football stadium, and mini-football and basketball courts.
A 44-bed hotel within the complex grounds is due to open in early 2017.
