Our management team is sufficient to mitigate risk



As we stand right now, we feel that we have the right mix of leadership skills and experience to economically manage the immediate risks we face.

Moving forward, there will be a need to bring in fresh, specialist talent to grow the existing teams and fill the gaps created by the expansion process. IT, Marketing and language talent will be key, as we move into new geographic areas.

Another key area will be our legal and finance departments, to meet local contractual and tax regulation requirements. This may well take the form of local offices, or sub-contracting through agencies.
